Bookish Blog Tag

Hello everyone! I am back with yet another blog tag! How cool is that?!
This time I was tagged by Theia to do a Bookish Blog Tag. Now, you all know how much I love reading and all things bookish so this will be a fun one to do. Thank you Theia!!!

Without further ado, let's go!

Here are the rules!

The rules of the blog tag, because you have to have rules:

  • Make sure you thank the blogger who nominated you and give a link to their blog.
  • Answer all of the following questions.
  • Include the blog graphic and the rules on your post.
  • Nominate three or more bloggers at the bottom of your post, including their name and their blog’s link.
And the questions!

  • What are 1-3 of your favorite books of all time?
  • What are 1-3 of your favorite authors of all time?
  • Who is your favorite female character from a book?
  • Who is your favorite male character from a book?
  • What’s your favorite fictional world?
  • What book has your favorite book cover?
  • What’s your favorite book-to-movie adaptation?
  • If you could make any book into a movie, which would it be?
  • What was your favorite childhood book?
  • Fantasy or Sci-fi (or neither)?

What are 1-3 of your favorite books of all time?

Is that even a question??? You probably already know this but my favorite books are THE WINGFEATHER SAGA!!! Wait a minute, that's a four-book series! WHAT?!?!?! No fair! Ok, so my favorite books that don't come in a series are Fawkes, Romanov, and The Girl Who Could See. If you haven't read that last book, go read it now! It's very short and I was actually able to read it in one day! ONE WHOLE DAY! I didn't even need to use a bookmark XD! (I have a feeling that this post is going to be very rambly.)

What are 1-3 of your favorite authors of all time?

Well, first and foremost, God! Then, Andrew Peterson, and J. R. R. Tolkien! (Sorry Tolkein that you came last, your books are just very wordy and take a lot more concentration to read than Peterson's)

Who is your favorite female character of all time?

This question just made me realize that most of my favorite characters are guys. *hides* Ooo! I know. Marjorie from The Lost Clue. She is so thoughtful and kind. Always thinking of others instead of herself. Wow, I haven't read that book in a long time.
Oh, another one is Emma from Fawkes. IDK why I didn't think of her sooner.

Who is your favorite male character of all time?

Either Jannar from The Wingfeather Saga or Sam Gamgee from LOTR!!! OORR Bardon from the Dragon Keeper Chronicles by Donita K Paul. There are so many great guy characters out there. OOORRRR Thomas Fawkes from Fawkes! I LITERALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHO MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MALE CHARACTER IS!!!

What is your favorite fictional world?

Hm... either Aerwair (Winfeather Saga) or the fictional world that I am making for my new WIP called Lenta├┐e. *will say no more on the subject to keep it a secret*

What book has your favorite book cover?

Yikes! Why so many hard ones?!?!? This is what I get for agreeing to do a blog tag that deals with books.
I would have to say that my favorite book cover would either be Dust by Kara Swanson or The Wingfeather Saga. That one probably doesn't count cause it's a series. (BTW if you haven't read Dust, that is another one you need to read RIGHT NOW!!! I'm planning on doing a book review about it soon.)

What is your favorite book-to-movie adaptation?

I honestly don't know! Probably The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. The one with Georgie Henly in it, not the BBC one. You know what they should do???? They should make a Wingfeather Saga movie!!! I would totally watch that if they did all four books! That would be...
Sorry, not sorry. We're planning on watching the LEGO Movie 2 for my brother's birthday and I'm excited!
Okay, next question!

If you could make any book into a movie, which would it be?

I already answered that question. Haha! THE WINGFEATHER SAGA!!!

What was your favorite childhood book?

Well, I didn't read a lot until I was about age ten, then I started reading a bunch, but most of what I read before were books like Dr. Suse. The first real book I read was The Cul-De-Sac Kids by Beverly Lewis. I really enjoyed those books and that is what got me into reading!

Fantasy or Sci-fi (or neither)?

Well, now that I think about it, most of what I've read has been fantasy so I don't think it would be very fair if I said fantasy for this question. Maybe I should find some good sci-fi books to read. (seriously though, I still think I will like fantasy better. *shrug* IKD)

Well, that's it y'all! I hope you enjoyed that. It wasn't too rambly, was it?

Now to tag some people!

All of these are really great people, you should totally check out their blogs!
